 Made from Antão Vaz, Síria, Rabo de Ovelha and Perrum grape varieties, this crystal-clear wine has a slight straw colour; a fresh, fruity nose, balanced on the palate, reflective of the assortment of grapes that go into making it. This wine should be drunk immediately at a temperature of 12°C. A fine accompaniment to salads, seafood, and fish and egg dishes. (The data sheet has four pages; see page 4 for the English version.)
