Topo

Topo cheese is a natural food without additives or food dyes. It is made exclusively in the small town of Topo on the southwest tip of the island of São Jorge, Azores, where the fertility of the soil, suitable for the existence of mixing grass in the pastures and , consequently the high quality of milk, has encouraged the manufacture of cheese since the beginning of the 16th century.
